HOYOYO Lunar New Year holiday pick up center office hour arrangements:

Kwun Tong Center: February 14 (Wednesday) 11:00 ~ 18:00

Kwun Tong Center: February 15 (Thursday) 11:00 ~ 15:00

Kar Kar Pick up centers: February 15, all client must arrive on or before 15:00.

All Pick up centers closed on: February 16 to 19.

All online orders during holiday will operate as usual, and Japan warehouse will also operate normally.

Customer service will have limited access to reply messages and inquiry during holiday, individual may send your inquiry at: [email protected], our customer service will reply asap. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In addition, the latest shipment arrival day is February 15 (Thursday), if customer still have storage in Japan warehouse, please kindly pay the freight and delivery on or before February 13, 11:00 am. If order submit later than 11:00 am, the parcels will be arrived on February 20, please kindly take note.
