Balance = Freeze amount + Available balance

**What is Freeze amount?

Freeze amount = on going purchasing item

**What does Freeze amount mean?

Freeze amount will happen when you have already place an order, when our purchaser teams on process your order will be freeze. After we success pay to seller only we will deduct the frozen amount on customer account.

**What is Available balance?

Top Up Balance - Freeze amount = Available balance

Example 1: (when you don’t have place any order)

(1) Balance: 1500
(2) Freeze amount: 0
(3) Available Balance: 1500

Example 2:(when you have already place an order - just the item price 1300)

(1) Balance: 1500
(2) Freeze amount: 1300
(3) Available Balance: 200  

Example 3:(when the order you place have overdue amount - order price with 300 JPY bank charges)

(1) Balance: 1500
(2) Freeze amount: 1600
(3) Available Balance: -100
